SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship within 2 business days from Black Mountain, NC. All domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS first-class mail unless you purchased an expedited shipping option. If you need your items in a hurry, please contact shop@sarahhearts.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re not able to ship to all international locations.

RETURNS

We truly want you to love your fabric, labels, and all items purchased from the shop! If you received an incorrect item or are missing and item, please contact shop@sarahhearts.com so we can make it right.

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. If you are very unhappy with your purchase, please contact shop@sarahhearts.com and we will see how we can best accommodate you.

COLOR

We’ve done our best to accurately depict the colors of all products. All items have been photographed in natural light and painstakingly edited to closely resemble the true colors. However, colors do vary between monitors and mobile devices and thus might not be what you expect when they arrive. If you have a specific question about a product color or would like to purchase a small swatch of fabric, free of charge, please contact shop@sarahhearts.com.
