Unfortunately USPS requires all US sellers to ship all products as a package, regardless of their small size or weight. In order to comply, we also have to ship our tiny products as packages, which unfortunately account for the higher international rates.

We cover the cost for carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. And part of this cost goes towards funding solutions like reforestation and soil carbon storage that remove carbon for 10+ years.

All of our product packaging is made from recycled paper and is recyclable. As always, please check with your local recycling guidelines to make sure it's recyclable in your area.

Our shipping mailers and tape are also made from recycled paper and are recyclable and compostable.

No. Resellers are not allowed to mix our products with other brands or create their own multipacks using Sarah Hearts products. All products must be sold in their original packaging, as supplied by Sarah Hearts, without modification or alteration of the labels.

Resellers must not rebrand or relabel Sarah Hearts products. All items must be sold under their original brand name and packaging.
