All orders ship within 3 business from our studio in Black Mountain, North Carolina. Occasionally orders take a little longer to process during peak times such a holidays.

We charge sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in North Carolina. The exact amount is calculated at checkout.

Yes, we do! Please enter your shipping address at checkout to calculate the shipping cost.
Unfortunately USPS requires all US sellers to ship all products as a package, regardless of their small size or weight. In order to comply, we also have to ship our tiny products as packages, which unfortunately account for the higher international rates.

We cover the cost for carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. And part of this cost goes towards funding solutions like reforestation and soil carbon storage that remove carbon for 10+ years.
All of our product packaging is made from recycled paper and is recyclable. As always, please check with your local recycling guidelines to make sure it's recyclable in your area.
Our shipping mailers and tape are also made from recycled paper and are recyclable and compostable.

We’re confident you’re going to love our products! But if you don’t, you can submit a return within 180 from your purchase date.
