1. Sales Channels Restrictions

• Etsy Sales: Resellers are prohibited from listing or selling Sarah Hearts products on Etsy or any other marketplace or platform that primarily targets consumers via handmade, vintage, or custom goods. This includes, but is not limited to, Etsy’s marketplace, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, Michaels or any similar online platform.
• Other Online Marketplaces: If you wish to sell our products on any platform other than your own website or physical retail location, you must request and obtain prior written approval from Sarah Hearts. We reserve the right to refuse sales to resellers who list our products on any unauthorized platform.

2. Multipack Creation and Label Mixing

• No Alteration of Product Packaging: Resellers are not allowed to mix our products with other brands or create their own multipacks using Sarah Hearts products. All products must be sold in their original packaging, as supplied by Sarah Hearts, without modification or alteration of the labels.
• No Rebranding or Relabeling: Resellers must not rebrand or relabel Sarah Hearts products. All items must be sold under their original brand name and packaging.

3. Authorized Reseller Obligations

• Brand Integrity: Resellers are expected to uphold the brand's reputation and integrity. You are prohibited from making false or misleading claims about Sarah Hearts products or using our brand in any way that may negatively impact our reputation or customer trust.
• Price Consistency: Resellers should not advertise or sell Sarah Hearts products below the minimum advertised price (MAP) set by Sarah Hearts, if applicable. Any deviation from this pricing policy may result in termination of your reseller agreement.

4. Account Termination

Failure to adhere to the above policies may result in the immediate termination of your reseller status with Sarah Hearts. We reserve the right to discontinue selling to any reseller who violates the terms of this policy.

5. Policy Updates

Sarah Hearts reserves the right to update this Reseller Policy at any time. All resellers will be notified of any changes, and continued purchase and resale of our products will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
